How does the free trial work?

The free trial plan will be activated within 24 hours after the sign up. Email will be sent to you once the trial expires. To continue using the product, select a plan and pay by credit/debit card or PayPal account. We do not save any credit card details. If you don't renew, the account will expire.

What are the different modes of payment?

We accept major credit & debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, and even payments through WIRE transfers and Paypal accounts. If you want us to consider any other form of payments, write to support@aurobees.com.

 

Can I buy features a la carte? Are there any add-on fees?

As of now, you will not be able to buy any add-on feature and have to choose the right plan most suited for your business. However, we provide customised services at an additional cost. For more information, contact us at support@aurobees.com

 

Will my subscription gets renewed automatically towards the end of the plan?

Yes, all contracts and subscriptions are by default set to auto-renewal. However, you will get an email notification prior to auto-renewal and choose to cancel the contract or subscribe. Once the payment is done you are back with us again!

 

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Aurobees understands that your requirements change dynamically. You can upgrade anytime. Click on 'Modify Plan' from your Aurobees account and choose a plan and the number of resources to update. If you would like to downgrade or cancel just send an email to support@aurobees.com. However, please note that you will be able to cancel or downgrade any licence subscription only at the end of the subscription period.

 

Will my data be secure?

We are committed to protect and secure your data in the seamless integration of applications. Access management of individual accounts is at your discretion and access to data is non-permissible to our employees or any other third parties. All the data is stored in the MS Azure’s state-of-the-art cloud computing platform. The security standards of MS Azure apply to the application as well. The internal servers of the application are hidden from the external world via Azure Security Groups (Firewall).

 

What is the minimum and maximum number of resources I can add to a plan?

The minimum number of resources you can add to a plan is 5 and the maximum is 999.
